Now that the plans for the project are drawn,
the transformation of the plans into reality
begins. The building site has to be organized
and managed, so the workers actually build
according to the project plans.
I'm speaking fluently Arabic and have spent
years on egyptian building sites. With this
experience and knowledge I can guarantee
the execution of the plans 1:1 and the usual
"malesh" will not be tolerated where I take
the command of a site.
The logistics of a building site depend on many
factors. Workers, materials, holidays, weather,
but also financing and purchasing are part of
the site managers duties. I have managed many
projects and always finished them to the
satisfaction of the owner/investor.
