| About me |
For a computer to run properly, a few precautions should be taken care of. First you have to assure that you are using proper voltage, which is not always given here in Dahab. A voltage stabilizer will protect the unit from damage, low voltage or even a power cut. Second you should care about temperature. Make sure the computer is well ventilated and the fans are in working order. Dust can accumulate and clog up your machine, causing it to overheat and possibly get damaged by a heat stroke. Taking care is definitely easier and cheaper than a costly repair! |
Of course there are a lot more things to be fixed or added to your computer, not only at the final breakdown. You may want to add another hard disk, more rams, maybe a new graphics card or a fan and a lot more. I also repair laptops and notebooks. Due to the compact build, they need to be handled more carefully and special tools are needed. Naturally no repair can be done without the availability of spare parts. Especially for notebooks and laptops the situation is very difficult here in Egypt. Also all peripheral equipment like monitors, printers, scanners, keyboards and the like will be repaired, depending on spare parts. |
I hear it again and again: It wasn't me, I didn't do anything!! And yet everything is gone all of a sudden!! Lack of knowledge is by far the biggest problem when handling computers. Most people try first on their own to get around, and even the help files are often neglected. If you want to learn about how to use your computer properly, then you are at the right place here. I am familiar with most Windows operating systems and can teach you on how to use and customize your computer, so you can set it up the right way for your personal use. |
